 Accredited as a Naturopath & Clinical Massage Therapist

 A Registered Nurse with specialist training in oncology/haematology &

 founder of NICS(™) ~ Natural Integrative Cancer Support ~  

    

Exploring the interconnectedness of traditional healing arts & ecological practices, naturopathic medicine explores the relationship between our environment & ways nature can support our health. Naturopathic care as such, integrates the wisdom of nature with scientific practice to curate individual healthcare, naturally. 

 

My original love of massage & embodiment practices are still very much at the forefront of my practice.

Training with varied teachers to blend a variety of massage styles, osteopathic techniques & embodiment practices that restore balance & encourage wellbeing.

 

Through movement of muscle tissue & fascial lines we create opportunities for cellular change & nourishment. Deeply transformative massage embraces both the physical & somatic parts of ourselves while also working on neural pathways of pain & discomfort.

 

Touch not only enhances our physical experience but invites us to embrace the preciousness of each moment, encouraging a freedom of our structural bodies & promoting deep rest & nervous system support.  Unwind & embrace the seeds of calm being offered by these practices.
