Simply put all of this in a blender and blend it up. You might have to wait a little for the frozen mango to thaw a bit before you blitz.
Top your smoothie bowl with any fruits to make it look pretty and add extra nutritional benefits.
Remember, all the different colours mean different nutrients. Blueberries, raspberries, lots of extra fresh mango, sprinkles of dried coconut, toasted muesli, nuts or cocoa nibs.
